I am Human being, got lazy with work and couldn't focus effectively. I fed up sometimes, I face de-motivation. All I feel that I can't do anything for me and my family. I get trolled. I become lazier by thinking that I am lazy and I can't do anything and I am going to give up. Late time ago, had such experience but...
Do you know what motivates me to gain more better position with my work, even I lost a lot than what I gain?
You might think, I watched some motivational videos and boost up myself or saw someone's screen shots and got motivation (screenshots never give motivation) ....
Sometimes we think often that someone will come to us, who will hold our hands and get us to the success, No, not this way.
I believe that only I can motivate myself no one else could but maybe the way I do would differ from your state so don't know if it will work for you or not.
I always say to my friends and everyone in my circle that, set big dreams and make aims of your life. If you don't know what is your destination to reach, then you cannot get there. You're in a boat at the center of ocean, which is a dangerous place to be there. If you know your target I mean a beach, then you cannot go to a beach as you didn't decide of where you want to go. You will be there forever. But if you have an aim to reach on a beach, a drier place and know where it is then you can reach there. but you must do hard work, to work on boat pads to move on. You must gear up for the upcoming crisis like rain can be there, big waves can be there, shark can be there, you must ready, if water of rain, waves, shark comes in your way, you should know how to deal with them and be at safer sides, maybe your boat destroy then you should know how to swim and reach a drier place.
Same case with me, I set big dreams, I set my goals and aims of life side by side. So, whenever I feel something like I can't do anything, I am lazy, I am tired and fed up. I am going to give up, I get into the flash back and looks for my dreams, aims, goals and ambitions. I think about them that If I will not do it then who will do it for me? there no one right, I must this. I start remembering that I thought to have this and that in my life, my family needs my support, I can give happiness with my success to many. All this help me out and I gain motivation. A struggle started inside me to do something bigger and bigger.
When with all that motivation, If I don't make it possible now then I think in this way that I am unable to do this now but look, where I am. If it is not working for me now, then it will take little more time to be happened. Look!... I am standing here and after 5 years I will be .... wow it's amazing to think even. Yes, I talk to myself often and obviously, a good habit to adopt. I also think that look at that guy, he is at this position but he was same like me in the beginning if he here now than it might took him to spend hours and nights to be here. Behind his success there are years of hard work he did to get here, If I would invest more time then after few years, I will be at a better place than him, it's just a matter of time.
I always motivate myself and after learning and experiencing I strongly believe that no one can motivate you, it's you and only you who can motivate you, just think about your dreams and aims, think about your needs, think about each family member, think about your future, actually a bright future, think about yourself, think about your passion to give a form of physical existence....
